I wonder why you bother to provide a module and then don't take the time to write even 3 sentences to help people use it. I opened the read me and blank page. Want to share how I can get this working maybe just a hint.

MeghanNIH commentedI'm having the same issue - there are NO instructions on how to use this module. I'd really like to implement this, so any help here would be really appreciated!

Before a release, here is a rough version with screenshots
This module provides a text filter under each text format (admin/config/content/formats)
For example, you have a text format - "Full HTML" (admin/config/content/formats/full_html)
1. In text format - "Full HTML" configure page
You can enable "Taxonomy autolink" under "Enabled filters" section
2. Filter processing order
the order of filters may need to be re-arranged because text filters are executed from top to bottom
3. Filter settings - tab "taxonomy autolink"
You can apply this filter to selected taxonomy vocabularies and specify the occurrences of a term automatically linked
