I'm getting an ajax error (file attached) when adding a repeater field in Drupal 7. Details below:

I'm running Drupal 7.38
In a content type, I have a field (text, text field with unlimited number of entries). When I try to create a new node, add an additional field entry, I get the attached Ajax error.

Could you please advise?
