I wrote a test for this and it should pass. Looking at the code for mapping files, this error shouldn't happen.

Can you tell me what type of field you're mapping to? What version of simplepie are you using? Are there any other logs in the database?

FYI, I know very little about the Feeds module, so bear that in mind. I don't really even understand the UI perfectly well, as I've had to do very little with the module for this project. The module was installed by my predecessor, and I've mostly left it alone until a recent upgrade from alpha8 to alpha9, and then the upgrade to the dev code.

I found the mapping for one of my feeds at admin/structure/feeds/[my feed]/mapping
I see that among the "Sources" listed, there is an "Enclosures" item. The target for the item is "Missing". Does that tell us anything?

I'm using SimplePie 1.3.1. It is installed in sites/all/libraries/simplepie.

Eek, I just needed to run update.php. I neglected to do so after upgrading the Feeds module. All better now.
