Line 1578 of oa_core.module is using COMMENT_NODE_HIDDEN; that's a constant defined in comment module; if that module isn't enable; that constant isn't defined; so, I'm getting notices like this:
"Notice: Use of undefined constant COMMENT_NODE_HIDDEN - assumed 'COMMENT_NODE_HIDDEN' in oa_core_panelizer_pre_render_alter() (line 1578..."

I'll submit a patch for this.
