Problem/Motivation

On sites where a lot of registered users, UUID Features Integration module causes 502 Bad Gateway error on the feature creation page. As it tries to load all of them, it reaches PHP limits.

Proposed resolution

Allow a choice if export users or not

User interface changes

Add new "Allow to export users" checkbox at UUID Export Settings page.

I think we should solve this similar to the other entity types.
Right now the issue is that uuid_features_entity_info_alter() doesn't modify user.
Once that's in the option should show up automatically on the uuid features page.
And then we can use the variable generated by that setting to check whether or not to export users.
