Sort by human name instead of machine name

Given you have human-readable names in your own language and english machine names, it would save some time searching the "Manage" page when the alphabetical sorting would base on the human-readable names.

This also applies to the sorting in component Dependencies. The i18n-related part of the list looks anything but sorted ;-)
