Steps to reproduce:

Edit the Registration Code View. Edit the "Tags" field to "Link this field to its term page". The field does not link to the term and causes a warning (Warning: strtr() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in views_handler_field->render_as_link())

Thanks Dave. Patch worked well, and looks straight forward!
I went ahead and applied the patch to the 7.x-1.x. The 6.x-2.x branch uses taxonomy_term_path, which returns a string of the term path. I guess when upgrading, taxonomy_term_uri was added without realizing it returns an array instead of a string.

This will be in the upcoming 7.x-1.4 version.
