This changes the meta tag's machine name to "icon_any", which is more appropriate based upon the attributes it uses.

Perhaps more info would be welcome. Ie. "Either an absolute or a relative URL to a grayscale scalable vector graphic (SVG) file. If you want to color the icon, use the theme-color tag (Mobile section)."

Thanks for the suggestion @jdanthinne, I went with the following:

Either an absolute or a relative URL to a grayscale scalable vector graphic (SVG) file. To color the icon, use the "theme color" meta tag under "Mobile & UI Adjustments".
