uc_recurring_get_user_fees does not unserialize data property

I use uc_recurring_get_user_fees method for my custom dashboard routine and use results of the method to update fees and save them (indirectly) through uc_recurring_extend_fee method. Subj bug leads to messing up the data in database (storing double serialized data) which leads to breaking all other methods that do unserialize and get just a string in the end.
