Again I need your help!
I am not sure why but I am not able to get the module working, I am following your screencast step by step BUT I am now getting another error (below) when I try to configure an action

Call to undefined function fb_get_app_options() in D:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\freshbrain\sites\all\modules\fb\fb_actions.module on line 423

I think I have the right version of the action modules and I also downloaded the last version of fb

That is a mysterious error. In my copy, fb_get_app_options() is defined on line 314 of fb.module. And it should not be possible to enable fb_actions without also enabling fb. Are you sure all files are up to date?
