Question about https://www.drupal.org/language-specific-communities . We have another community site, http://www.dru.io, it is developing at the moment is much more active than drupal.ru. How to add it to the list?

I think the same and can confirm, drupal.ru now is only domain, not community. Now a days drupal.ru is horrible, full of trolling, spam. Best Russian Drupalers leave this site long time ago, most of them now use dru.io and help new users.

For sure, we try to revamp drupal.ru every year, but domain and site owner don't want do with this nothing at all.

New users come to drupal.ru, and thinks bad about Drupal, because sit is old, and there is no people who can really help to them.

I can confirm that dru.io is much more promising community than drupal.ru.

Another advantage of dru.io - it is completely open to the community. On github all the sources (including database with remoted email/password data). And we can't develop drupal.ru, as there is no access to the source code and there is no open discussion about development - this is one of the causes of stagnation.

Same user, same question. But this question was posted on drupal.ru early on 1 day, and still no answer, but post on dru.io he got multiple answers which solved problem.

Since drupal.ru still has some activity it would be honest to keep both sites in that list. I just added dru.io to that page. Please check how it looks.

We've added a site that has a history of 3 months (I learned about this site only from the news).
I think that we should also add all the Russian-speaking blogs about Drupal as Drupal community :)
Can I add a full list?

Oh, this can be solved very simply. I just can share google analytics stats and compare with other "local drupal sites". On first place, cource, xandeadx blog, but.... he already in community ;) http://xandeadx.ru/blog/drupal/685 .
p.s. 6 month history and today it takes first place by the number of replies per day. Not bad, yep?)
p.p.s. You should not consider it as "competing" with another local resource. We have a common cause -- to make drupal better and more popular.
