The logic to hide the profile fields if they are to be copied misses a scenario of mine.

I have 2 customer profile types on one checkout page, and then another on a second checkout page.

The profile fields on the second checkout page are not hidden even if the Copy profile checkbox is checked by default.

Attaching a patch that fixes the logic to ensure this scenario is caught too.

The 4 year old patch to commerce_customer.checkout_pane.inc applied cleanly to the latest commerce 7.x-1.x-dev, but still needs review.
