Fixing for the fatal #2456283: AuthenticationManager::getSortedProviders is protected the UX seems broken.

  1. Having basic auth disabled the 'default' settings are used.
  2. Visiting http://drupal.d8/admin/config/services/rest/resource/entity%3Anode/edit no provider is shown
  3. Saving that page fails.
