Remove unnecessary code from commerce_customer_field_formatter_view()

Just noticed that commerce_customer_field_formatter_view() contains unnecessary (placeholder?) code:

  $profile_ids = array();
  foreach ($items as $delta => $item) {
    $profile_ids[] = $item['profile_id'];
  }
?>

The $profile_id variable is never used after this so it can be deleted.
