See Change record. "String" will be a reserved word in PHP 7. The class \Drupal\Component\Utility\String is removed (see #2458387: Remove Utility\String class).
Replace calls to \Drupal\Component\Utility\String with calls to \Drupal\Component\Utility\SafeMarkup.

Side note: the Feeds Target classes should be renamed as well, but that could be handled in an other issue.

Will be removed before Drupal 9.0.0. Use the appropriate sanitization functions or the theme and render systems so that the output can can be themed, escaped, and altered properly.
