Expand the information returned by _weblinks_vocabulary_field_info()

Hi Gerhard,

I have expanded the _weblinks_vocabulary_field_info() function to give more information, specifically to return the weblinks vocabulary name and the field in the weblinks content type which holds it. Also return information about all taxonomy term reference fields attached to the content type. I need these for two other issues, so better to do it here separately first.
