When attempting to save my settings on the following admin form, I can't seem to get it to save the Output Link with anything other than what is the default:
/admin/config/content/mentions

Trying to get it to direct clicks to a Profile2 profile via a token:
[user:profile-public]

I was able to get the admin form to save an Input & Output Prefix, so the form works to some degree, just not for the Output Link.

This was repeatable on 2 different sites I'm working on, neither were clean, vanilla Drupal installs with just Mentions enabled.

I've attached a patch which fixes the Mentions admin form to pull the default values for the output text and output link fields from the settings rather than using the previous hardcoded values.

(I haven't contributed to a Drupal.org module before. Please let me know if I haven't done anything correctly or if there is something else I need to do. Thanks!)

The output is saved and honored, but not displayed in the admin form. Which is annoying :)

Tested the patch, works as expected.
