Detect content of a document and then create/subscribe a term

I think thats could be cool if you module autodetect what is in content of a document , like words, code (SQL, PHP etc.) and then:

option 1:
- generate a terms.

option 2:
- subscribe node to matched existing terms

By me option 2 is much better from option 1 but should be a settings options to do this.
