explanation of what the module does for the project page

Just a suggestion. . . the ulink6 project page goes into detail about how the new version of the module is different than the original, but it doesn't explain what the module does. Can you add a couple of sentences to explain what the module does, so those unfamiliar with the module don't have to seek out the earlier version in order to understand it.
