Problem/Motivation

I would like to customize the html that displays the alerts. In particular, I would like to make it a Zurb data alert that uses non-standard attributes within the div tag.

Proposed resolution

Implement a theme function to output the site alert.

Looks good, thanks for the patch! I'll give it a go, but I don't see any reason not to get this in.
