There are at least 4 patches against the 7.x branch(es) of this module in RTBC state.

There has not been an update of either -beta2 or -dev since Nov 2013. It is now Apr 2015.

Could we see a stable release of securepages-7.x-1.0 some day? Or even an updated -dev branch with some patches in it?

Just want to bump this. Seems like after three years of the beta and having the RTBC'd patches there should be a stable release of this so that it can get proper security coverage. Especially for a security-related module like this.

Otherwise, if this module is not being maintained, please update the project status with "looking for co-maintainer" or something like that so the community can help.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
