Composer "type" is incorrect

Problem/Motivation

Coder uses a Composer type of "library"

"type": "library",

this causes Coder to be installed in vendor/drupal/coder. Modules obviosly cannot be installed in this location.

Proposed resolution

Change the composer "type" from "library" to "drupal-module". This will allow people to use Composer Installers to install the module in the proper place. Those who do not use Composer Installers are fine since Composer installs types it is not aware of in the default location which will be vendor/drupal/coder.
