The entry that displays the jQuery and jQuery UI versions is always last in the list. It should respect the alphabetical order like all the other entries do.

I believe this is because Drupal uses case-sensitive alphanumeric ordering?

Good catch Rob! Filed #2500717: Sort entries in the site status report page alphabetically, BUT case-insensitively. against core.
