Updates for some modules

OpenPublish profile includes a lot of outdated modules. I updated Drupal core, Apps, Boxes, Chaos tool suite, Context, Context Field, Date, Entity API, Features Override, Field collection, Field Group, IMCE, Link, Node Reference View Formatter, Nodeblock, Plupload integration, References dialog, Schema.org, Token, Video Embed Field, Views, XML sitemap modules and made a patch for drupal-org-core.make, drupal-org.make files.
