More flags: found a source

Hey,

I saw that at http://i.hbtronix.de/index.php?t=flags&start=all&search= you can get lots and lots of public-domain flags in the right size. Since they all come from the same source, they all have the same look. It would therefore be great to integrate these in the project (or to integrate a few and link to the rest), so that people no longer have to search for flags or create their own that would not match the look of what is already there. The only important flag missing in this collection is the one for Esperanto. Since Esperanto speakers like their flags, it shouldn't be hard to add one.
