Release notes

This is an alpha release of the field formatter that's functional (with good test coverage) against a Drupal 8 core beta. This release adds some fixes to ensure compatibility with Drupal 8.0.0-beta9.

Please note that views support is not included in this release as the views display plugin has not been ported over from 7.x-2.x yet. It will be added before a beta tag however.
