Self-reference warning for conditionals on >= page 2 gives PHP notice

When a conditional uses a component as both a source and a target, a validation error is generated. In looking up the name, the component indexes into the select list of target names. Alas, components on page 2 and beyond are indented under the page component, so the lookup fails.
