harmony_core 7.x-1.0-alpha1

The first tagged release of Harmony Core!

This release whilst tagged "alpha" is in my mind "beta" as defined on the following page though I'd like there to be a bit of time for issues to come in (though they shouldn't at this stage). Betas will follow in all likeliness.

Changes in this release from previous dev version:
The last thing on my list was change the name of two permissions so they involve the world "harmony" and avoid potential collision with other permission changes. Harmony and all harmony_* modules which used these permissions have been updated in line. The permissions are:

'administer forum content' is now 'administer harmony forum content'
'access show replies' is now 'access harmony_post show replies'
