I need to delete and remake the tag already there. I'm new with the visual CVS tool I'm using and it only created a tag with the selected files instead of all of them.

This is for my module for Campaign monitor which is at contributions/modules/campaignmonitor

we typically don't delete tags/branches in CVS and/or releases. For the most part, once you have created it, it's out there. However, the fix is simple--just create a new tag. You can increment the patch level number by 1.
