After migration to v2.2 API, "Deauthorize" functionality of this module didn't work as needed. It remove connection to fb account on Drupal side, but not remove any permission form app on FB side. In FB error log I have noticed new error:

auth.revokeauthorization		
Unavailable in this version

"Deauthorize" was implemented by REST call. But FB REST API was deprecated. https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/616/
It replaced with Graph v2.2 call

The previously deprecated REST API has been completely removed in v2.1, and all apps still using it must migrate to using Graph API.
