Wrong submit values for multiple select under ajax submit

Just a note to say that I was having some issues with multi-select fields on the bulk edit form that I tracked back to this Drupal Core issue: https://www.drupal.org/node/153774

This is fundamentally a jQuery form submission issue that can be fixed by updating jquery.form.js as per https://www.drupal.org/node/153774#comment-9202403
