The use of the flexslider fields formatter on a panelized node throws an error
"Notice: Undefined index: fid in ParagraphsItemEntity->view() (line 507"

Solution

add second isset() statement and check if fid is set on the field item.

I'm confused by why Panelizer would trigger this error? But it seems reasonable.
