Something weird happened with my installation -- suddenly all the selected roles inverted. I had selected to track only anonymous users, now everything except anonymous users is being tracked. I almost fainted when watching the traffic reports... then someone pointed out that the analytics code wasn't being displayed. Revisiting the settings, I saw that the checkbox selections had either inverted or changed from "exclude" to "include." This happened right after a module upgrade. Maybe it's just me, but I wanted to post a heads up.

I had the same experience on three sites I upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4. Unfortunately, I lost statistics on one of them for about 2 weeks until I discovered it. It's not just you.
