When creating or editing a post I can add an image that has been uploaded on its own in create content. However, I the upload section in creating a post doesn't work.

There are no errors. I create a post, browse on my computer for an image, give it a title, then click save at the bottom (there is no attach button). The post is saved, but the image is never uploaded.

Is anyone else having this problem?

having the same problem..

I've switched to imagemagik
My php mem is set to 24mb.
I can upload an image.
I can attach an exsisting image to a post using the attached images drop down

but when creating new content and I use the same drop down box but choose upload image instead of existing image i get nothing.

it creates the content but the image just isnt there. anyone else got an answer?

yeah i get the same problem - i can create an image by itself, and i can attach existing images, but uploading an image attachment just plain doesn't work - no error, nothing created except for the node its supposedly being attached to. Only started happening with version 6.
