The library paths for the new isotope library are incorrect as well as it would help to have a drush make file download and place the resources automagically.

This issue is crossing paths with: Issue #https://www.drupal.org/node/2265823

Name has been fixed in 7.x-2.0-beta1. I'll happily take a patch for the drush make file if you can apply it against the latest 2.x. Although, on second thoughts, I would be interesting in exploring the legal consequences of downloading it in a make file, seeing as this is not a GPL plugin.

Over in #2587491-9: GPL Warning it was confirmed that downloading the script with a .make file is acceptable from a licensing point of view. Feel free to submit an updated patch for the .make file if you still want one.
