Can "unconfirmed" users see the contact tab of a user? If not the user would be without recourse to contact the OP.

I don't believe there is any relationship between the 'confirmed' role and access to the contact tab.

This one does violate the forum rule, but honest mistake deserves a warning, not a block.

I've sent a message asking them to read the rules and remove that post voluntarily. Education is better than punishment.
If it's still there is a few days, then delete and block, but I'll postpone the ban-hammer for short while.
