Can non-admin users see status of those who've signed up?

I'd like people to be able to see who has signed up with what status for each event:

Alice - yes
Bob - No
Fred - Maybe

As far as I can see I can only do this by making them all signup administrators, which I'd prefer not to do (though I've done it for now) as this information is then on the 'signups' tab for admins.

If they are not admins, there is a list that says:

3 individuals signed up
Alice
Bob
Fred

But it doesn't show whether those individuals siad they could or could not attend, so it isn't very useful!
