This issue created the opportunity to display a markup components not just on the form but on the viewed submission: #1683824: Allow markup components to be displayed in html/text format. However, the default is to NOT display it, requiring theming. There are enough use cases where one might want it display on just the form, just the viewed submission, or both to warrant an option within the component.

Dan, this option rocks! We have submissions that are cluttered with markup from the form, but will now be clean and easy to review. Thx.
