Steve Lockwood commentedHi there,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
At the moment, the system expects there to be an accessibility guide as it's good practice.
I will be making changes in the future so I will bear this issue in mind.

Steve Lockwood commentedHi Karat - Download the latest version of the theme 5.x.1.1 - the accessibility guide is disabled. Also the Drupal 6 version of the theme allows to switch the link on or off.
