I thought I have follow the instruction ..and read again and again but keep getting error msg :

Drupal for Facebook has been enabled, but not properly installed. Please read the README.txt.

I am using PHP5, now where should be put this ... either way, still no success.
$conf['fb_use_php4_api'] = FALSE in drupal settings.php or fb settings.inc

All of the instructions in the README.txt must be followed carefully. There are several things that need to be done by hand, like putting the fb_fbml theme in the right place and modifying your settings.php to include the module's settings.inc.
