The current mediawiki filter included, seems to take a mediawiki article then point all the links to Wikipedia. Does someone have a filter already setup that will just take a mediawiki article and convert the links for use on the imported drupal site? So the links just point to new nodes that need to be created?

Just change the prefix in the flexifilter administration settings. This is just an example.

Ok, that makes sense to me now. But now I can't seem to use flexifilter and the freelinking module on the same article(node). Do you know of a work around for this? I can only choose to use the flexifilter-mediawiki input or the freelinking input and an article.

Change the chunk grabber component from [ ] to something else so it doesn't conflict with freelinking.
