FAQ shows up multiple times in taxonomy

Hey there.

I enabled the taxsonomy for my faq. Now, everytime I create a new revision, for example, only open a faq and save it with "create new revision" enabled, a new item with the name of the faq is displayt within the category, the faq belongs to (see attached screenshot).

The problem disappears, if I delete old revisions.

I couldn't find the source of that problem, but I'm sure, you do, as you know the code much better than I do. Seems to be a filter problem in the sql SELECT, that threre are all revisions selected instead of only selecting the head revision.

The link of each of the multiple items points to the same node, not to a different revision.
