I'm unable to save or preview the Submenu widget. I get a PHP fatal error:

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function menu_block_configure_form_follow_validate()

I think this is related to #2416035: Update to Panels 3.5 and Ctools 1.6 - downgrading CTools and Panels fixes the issue for me.

This widget is one of the only (if not only) without any tests! Otherwise, we would have caught this right away. :-/

Ended up deciding to fix in menu_block - here is a patch:

I'll get this included in Panopoly momentarily.
