The Bulk api page with progress bar keeps standing at 0% and initializing...

Through refreshing of the content overview page i saw there was progress.
So this works against the time-outs but no feedback and if you reload the page or close it the batch process stops.
Feedback is crucial for long running jobs.
I tried to set a message on the page but no luck.

It took 8' for 400 nodes to be created.
We need to do +-40000 at a time.

Could give more documentation how to use this module?
I have 4 nested loops, does the bulk action set go in the most inner loop? (this is the procedure that works for <400)
