I can finally test this great Commerce Add-on with Excel. Thanks for building.
And also thanks for solving: https://www.drupal.org/node/2384587 in .dev!

I set up a excel.xls file with:
But now I got the following error:

The Excel file you uploaded appears to be empty. Ensure the first sheet has data in it.

I place nicely in first row:

SKU	From date	To date	Price	Currency	 Quantity

But no go..

Could you winzip or add here a example excel file which work with the pricelist excel example importer?

The excel implementation in the example module will be replaced with a simpler csv-based one in beta, I believe you had switched to csv anyway as you mentioned in another issue?

Hi Andreas,

Off course I prefer an Excel implementation, because lots of things are done in Excel, but if csv is better for now, its ok.
I have not yet been able to get an excel implementation working with feeds...so no problem here.
