Problem/Motivation

There's significant code duplication in the SimpleTest classes. There's no reason for this other than laziness. This makes writing tests more laborious than necessary.

Proposed resolution

Refactor out the duplicated code across all test classes into an abstract base class. This would be similar to the recent refactor of test classes in Flag Friend.

Remaining tasks

Do the refactor.

User interface changes

None.

API changes

None, although any new Flag SimpleTest classes may derive from the base Flag test class.

Making this a meta issue and bumping the priority since it's making it hard to write more tests.

I think this issue is superseded by the one of rationalizing the test classes, which is also taking care of putting more code into the base class.
