field_reference_delete 7.x-1.0-beta1

Initial beta release of the Field Reference Delete module.

This is mostly working well and has been tested on production sites; however, it may require a patch to the Entity Reference module (#1969018: Field schema foreign keys is always hard-coded to 'node' despite target type not set to node entity type) to work with non-node entity references; see #1969042: foreign key information on entity reference fields is not reliable for more information.
