Nothing upon login but if the user tries to post there should be a message. I did not block the user directly because the history is quite legit btw.

I looked and the user is blocked so I'm going to unblock and then revoke the 'trusted' role. If I'm reading this wrong, please fix it.

Yes you did block him by accident, that's why I ask you "what happend if....?" He is not longer blocked it.
