In version 7.x-1.3, I was able to set end times as midnight (00:00). In 1.4, this creates a validation problem: "Both Opening hours and Closing hours must be set." I have "Validate hours" turned off for this field and do not have any limits on the hours. My time format is set to 12-hour, with half-hour increments.

I am having the same issue also with the only difference that I am on a 24 hour Format
