Description:
The interface for Search page plugins, \Drupal\Core\search\Plugin\SearchInterface has a new method, getHelp(). This allows search page plugins to provide help for people searching the site.
Plugins like NodeSearch that use the SearchQuery class to perform their search can just use the default implementation provided by SearchPluginBase, which explains how to use the and/or/not Boolean functionality provided by SearchQuery's query parser.
Plugins like UserSearch that have their own methods of querying should override this method and provide their own help.
